Dustin Vance is a Freelance Creative Director based in Portland, OR who works with mission-driven organizations and creative teams to bring clarity, focus, and coherence to moments of growth and transition. Dustin has led brand refreshes, photography and video production, messaging frameworks, and integrated campaigns across healthcare, nonprofit, and arts spaces, partnering closely with executive leadership, boards, and cross-functional teams. His work spans brand architecture, narrative development, media production, and creative direction, with an emphasis on systems that hold up over time.
